8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL STACK CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
